These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Campus Link, a product of BEDIAKO Intelligence, Inc. ("BEDIAKO Intelligence," "we," "us"), including campuslinkapp.com and the Campus Link app (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account with Campus Link, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
Campus Link is available to current college students with a valid university-issued .edu email address. You must verify your student email to access marketplace and community features.
Users agree to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Campus Link may remove content or restrict accounts for violations.
Campus Link is a peer-to-peer student marketplace. Listings must be accurate, and items and services must be legal to sell. Campus Link is not a party to transactions between users, does not guarantee any listing, buyer, or seller, and is not responsible for transactions, the condition of items, payments, or in-person meetups. Students are encouraged to meet in safe, public campus locations.
Participation is optional. Users must interact respectfully, and content may be removed for harassment, inappropriate content, or misuse.
Users retain ownership of their content but grant Campus Link permission to display listings, profiles, and messages as part of the service.
You can report content or users in the app (Settings > Report & Safety Center) or at support@campuslinkapp.com. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms, including objectionable, abusive, or unlawful content.
Where the Platform facilitates payments, transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers subject to their own terms. Campus Link is not responsible for disputes arising directly between users.
Participants in the Campus Link Ambassador program are subject to additional program terms provided separately at signup, including reward eligibility and payout conditions.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or pose a safety risk to the community, at our discretion.
The Platform is provided "as is." While we verify users via .edu email, Campus Link does not guarantee the identity, conduct, or reliability of any user, and is not liable for any transaction, meeting, or interaction between users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campus Link is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
